Frequently Asked Questions

Plain answers on how a visit works, where we go, and what the $35 dispatch fee covers.

How does the quote actually work?

One description, given once — over the phone or through the short form. It lands with us, and the callback you get is us, arranging a visit to your property, inspecting the work to be completed, and providing a quote. A flat $35 dispatch fee applies to the visit; accepting, declining, or asking questions about the number is entirely your move.

Is there a charge for a quote?

Yes — a flat $35 dispatch fee, the same everywhere the county reaches, whether the address is a Peachtree Corners townhome or a farmhouse road past Dacula. It covers the visit and the quote. The job itself is a separate number you accept or decline, and both are paid to us directly.

Which cities do you cover?

Every inch of Gwinnett — sixteen cities and the unincorporated majority around them. Seven places carry their own pages here: Peachtree Corners, Lawrenceville, Duluth, Norcross, Suwanee, Snellville, and Sugar Hill. Buford, Lilburn, Dacula, Grayson, Berkeley Lake, and every in-between address use the identical number with identical results.

How fast does someone call back?

Same-day is the norm, and the I-85 and GA-316 corridors often hear back within hours. The honest caveat: far-eastern addresses occasionally add a day, because sending the right hands for the job beats sending whoever happens to be idle.

Is this useful for landlords and property managers?

All the time. Between-tenant punch lists across Gwinnett's rental stock are core work here — patching, painting, lock changes, hardware, detectors, and haul-out, sequenced against a showing date. Owners with multiple doors do best setting a standing arrangement before the summer leasing wave rather than scrambling inside it.

What about insurance and workmanship guarantees?

Ask about both when your job is quoted. Insurance and workmanship terms deserve a straight answer before any work starts, and a good answer comes without flinching.

Can I send photos of the problem?

Please do — the form takes a description, and photos of the odd items sharpen the number considerably. Anything urgent should come by phone instead, where a human rather than a menu picks up.

What does one local number get me that a search engine can't?

A search engine shows whoever spends the most on advertising. One local number gets you a handyman who answers the phone, arrives when promised, and quotes a number the invoice later matches.

A question the page didn't answer? Call and ask a person — a straight answer either way, anywhere in Gwinnett County.
